Swimming pools are welded on semi-automatic machines of 5 mm ecologically friendly polypropylene sheets. This material has an excellent resistance against UV radiation and its colors are stable. The most popular color is Ocean Blue, however, we can make pools in custom colors of white or green as well. The support construction and the watertight insert are also plastic. Application properties of the pools are therefore not limited as in other pools made of metal sheet or a foil insert.
The manufacture process consists mainly of welding on semi-automatic machines in the plant. The finished product is transported to the customer's premises. In cases when the manufacture or assembly locations are difficult because of difficult access, large dimensions, etc., the pool welding may be done on customer's premises directly. Our workers are qualified to work abroad as well.
The body of the pool is welded of polypropylene bands and reinforced on the outside perimeter by ribs to provide mechanical strength. The advantage of semi-automatic welding of polypropylene is the same mechanical strength in the weld just as in the original material; the weld does not show on the surface. This technique and the applied material allows the pools to be built up to sizes of 20 x 10 x 1,5 m with the smallest radius of 30 cm or an angle of 90°. It is possible to fabricate even larger depths.
